By accessing or using Moventa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms.
You agree not to: post false or misleading listings, harass other users, use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, or collect user data without consent.
Realtors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Moventa reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Moventa a license to display it on the platform.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Free plan limitations apply as described on the billing page. Pro plan requires manual approval after payment verification.
Moventa is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between users, listing inaccuracies, or damages arising from platform use.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
